To comply with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard 1910.1200, an employer must have, readily available, a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each product used in the workplace, and must provide their employees access to those SDSs. Damarco Solutions’ SDS Management system provides employers with a user-friendly, cost effective web-based solution, regardless of the number of employees, locations or SDSs.

Our standard service offers free set-up with a 3 year contract, unlimited electronic updates with auto-archiving of existing SDS, an unlimited number of employee and administrative logins, unlimited divisions in your company structure, access to create electronic or print back-ups to your SDS inventory, ability to print secondary container labels, access to the Damarco database of SDS, access to Manufacturer/Distributor links, and the ability to customize the plan to fit your business and budget.

Employee Access

  • Unlimited access to search, view, and print SDS 24 hours per day, 7 days per week from a simple, web-based system.
  • Unlimited numbers of employees may access the site at unlimited locations on an unlimited number of computers.
  • You determine if your employees can access only the SDS of the products in your inventory or our global database as well.
  • Links incorporating the login and password are provided for easy access.

SDS Management

  • Keep your information up-to-date by adding new, updating existing, or archiving no longer needed SDS at any time. Manage this process yourself, or let us help you.
  • Unlimited numbers of Administrators can access the system to manage your SDS inventory.
  • Links incorporating the Administrative login and password are provided for easy access.
  • Create unlimited numbers of divisions and subdivisions to match your inventories with the structure of your organization.
  • Add SDS from your database or the global database to any number of divisions and subdivisions of your organization.
  • Benefit from automatic updating. When an SDS used by multiple clients is updated for one client, it is automatically updated for all.
  • Archive SDS for products you no longer use without losing access to viewing or printing them.
  • Newest version of any SDS is shown in search result; older versions may be easily accessed with a click of your mouse.
  • There are several easy ways to back up your inventory of SDS to assure compliance with OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard.
